Referral must be a new candidate who has not previously worked via 1Medical
Referral must include contact details of the candidate
Locum candidate must work a minimum of 5 shifts before activation of credit or payment
For permanent placements, 3 months' service must be attained
1Medical reserves the right to amend or terminate this arrangement at any time
Referral payments (vouchers) will be made to the referrer once the candidate is placed, we have been paid, and they have successfully worked through their respective probation period.
